Replacement Diploma or
Official Transcript
Victory High School and Balboa High School replacement diplomas and official transcripts must be requested by mail.
Write a letter requesting a replacement diploma or transcript and include:
-Date of Birth
-Social Security Number
-Signature
-Money Order ($40 for a replacement diploma, $5 for each transcript.) No checks or credit cards accepted.

Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
