Eligibility
Registrants must be 18 years of age or older and show photo I.D. with date of birth.
Acceptable photo identification includes any government issued I.D. that contains a photo, name and date of birth such as a State issued Drivers License or I.D. card; Military I.D.; Green Card; Naturalization Certificate; Passport. U.S. citizenship is NOT required.
If you provide a transcript from your most recent U.S. high school your previously earned credits will be shown along with your newly earned credits from Victory High School on all official transcripts from us. This is optional and is not required.
All fees are non-refundable.
