Victory and Balboa High School replacement diplomas and official transcripts available by mail only.

Include in a letter your:
1. Current mailing address
2. Daytime phone number
3. Date of Birth
4. Social Security Number
5. Signature (Required)
6. Money Order ($40 for a replacement diploma, $5 for each transcript) No checks or credit cards accepted.
