Replacement Diploma or
Official Transcript

Victory High School and Balboa High School replacement diplomas and official transcripts must be requested by mail. Write a letter requesting a replacement diploma or transcript and include:
1. Current mailing address
2. Daytime phone number
3. Date of Birth
4. Social Security Number
5. Signature
6. Money Order ($40 for a replacement diploma, $5 for each transcript) No checks or credit cards accepted.
